Learn about the art of barbeque as we take you on a journey where you will discover what makes barbeque different from any other cuisine. A slow fire combined with wood smoke and meat is where it all begins! This season we will be using many of the recipes from the Slow Fire the Beginner’s Guide to Barbecue cookbook. It is a great book to add to your culinary library and may be purchased at Gilbert Fireplaces and BBQ’s. Copies of recipes used will be made available on our cooking Saturday’s. Visit the store during regular business hours to see and sample what all the fuss is about.
