The Alfresco Intelligent Professional Grill (AIPG) delivers exceptional heat control, consistency, and customization through an advanced grilling platform designed for serious outdoor cooks. At its core, Thermaglass™ Radiant Burner Shields evenly distribute heat, reduce flare-ups, and protect the burners while directing drippings into easy-clean trays for steady, reliable performance. Beneath the cooking surface, the CoreFlame™ dynamically ported H-burner works in harmony with the radiant shield system to provide precise, even heating across the entire grill, with hot surface igniters that automatically relight the flame if needed. Optional Multi-Position Sear Zone™ technology allows high-heat searing to be placed where it’s most comfortable for your cooking style, with the ability to add multiple sear zones for expanded high-temperature grilling flexibility.
